Part of the license fee paid by the hunt club will be used to purchase a Liability Insurance Policy. The insurance coverage therein purchased shall include $1,000,000 Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability and a $250 deductible per claim. This liability policy provides third party coverage for Rayonier, the hunt club, its members and guests. This means it will cover, in accordance with its terms, a hunt club member or guest who causes injury to another person or damage to another person's property (i.e., accidentally shoots an adjacent landowner's pet or livestock). It does not provide coverage for injury to the hunt club member or guests themselves (i.e, falls out of a deer stand and requires medical attention.)
