George Brulotte manages the hunting and recreation program in Washington State. He has a degree in Wildlife Biology from Washington State University and an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University. He is a long-time hunter and fisherman and enjoys backpacking in the Cascade Mountains.
Kathy Combs manages customer service for Rayonier's Recreational License Unit and Access Permit programs in the U.S. She is a graduate of the Florida State College of Jacksonville with an Associate of Arts degree and joined Rayonier in 2014. While growing up in the Bitterroot Valley of western Montana, she enjoyed all aspects of the outdoors. Kathy continues to enjoy the outdoor activities and adventures with her husband across the southeast..
Barlow is originally from Southeast Texas where he first discovered his passion for the outdoors. He later moved to Florida where he graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies. Barlow is currently in charge of managing hunting license sales along with marketing and advertising Rayonier’s 2.7 million acres. In his spare time you can find him participating in a wide range of sporting activities to binge watching Netflix on the couch with his wife.
Justin Thayer manages the hunting and recreation program for Rayonier's Gulf States Region (TX,OK, AR, LA, MS, AL). He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in Wildlife Management from Louisiana State University. Justin's graduate research focused on white-tailed deer, a species he enjoys pursuing, researching, managing, and conserving. From the marshes of South Louisiana to the hills of West Texas or the Dakota Prairies, there's no place Justin won't travel in search of a good hunting/fishing adventure.
